You all never answered after 2 hours of holding awful service seems to be consistent with your company.

I need to cancel my transaction for passport renewal. I called the company on Saturday, 5/31, and couldn't reach a representative to cancel my transaction.

I will what my refund or i will need to call me bank becuase i have been trying to contact no answer

I am trying to renew my passport, they took my money quickly. Am yet to receive what I need to finish transaction.

Am waiting for more paperwork to be delivered, , I was told its delayed, Why???! Dont they handle hundreds of requests per day. I thought this was a government agency but its not.

Waiting for a refund. But so far there has been no follow up from them on my request.

After several emails with no reply and phone calls that got me nowhere.Very difficult to get a person on the phone and no one seems to be able to give you the information you are needing. I feel like I have been scammed.

They do not call back. They pretend to be a government website to do people they take their money and then they ask for more money. When you take their picture online, it accepts it and then they send you something in the mail saying it wasnt accepted and you need to do it again costing more money.

Cant edit passport info and cant talk to anyone, Ive called several times with no response, thank you

I paid GovAssist to process my passport renewal on April 21st. As of June 4th, the U.S.

Passport Service has no record of my application being filed. GovAssist is a third-party service provider.

I assumed from their name that they were attached to the Federal Government. Deceptive.

Received acknowledgement of our passport renewal applications. Tried sending our photos, to upload photo

don't know if mine went through, husband's kept getting turned down.

Need to resolve.

I thought I on was on the Government's website. How long does it take to forward to the Official Passport Renewal office.

I submitted an application and left many messages to receive a confirmation number. However, there was no reply.

After five days of direct emails and calls, I finally received a call this morning from Carlos, who apologized for not calling back on time.

I requested to stop the entire process and refund the money. The US passport service provided by this company is not recommended.

Its Scam,fraud.Do not send them money,its scam.Theyll pretend to be doing work for you and at the and youll realize you are scammed.!!!$$$$$
